We are all doing well, Kylee is growing fast she is now 12lbs 140z she can roll from her belly to her back and is almost doing it from her back to her belly.

Emily is three and is getting better at temper tantrums everyday, She can be the sweetest thing at the same time.

Aubrey is learning to read, and is excited about going to Kindergarten in August.

Luke is enjoying his job still, he loves what he does which makes a big difference.

Me I am chugging along just trying to enjoy every minute I can of life.

Kylee Jean Evans

born on November 30th @8:45 am 6lbs 2oz and 17 1/2in long.
She has been such a good baby, We are so grateful to have her in our family. She has been eating well and we are all adjusting to having a new baby around.
The girls love to burp her and get me the diapers and wipes they have been great helpers.
The hardest part for Emily is that I cant hold her and it makes her really sad. She is growing up fast and talks like crazy, she has discovered that movies are quite entertaining the beginning of the year I couldn't get her to sit and watch anything, but now she loves them. Mary Poppins is still one of her favorites we watch it at least 2 or 3 times a week.
Aubrey is enjoying school and can't wait to go to Kindergarten she loves to learn how to spell new words and sound them out. I am so proud of her accomplishments and think she will be reading very soon.
Luke, Finished his classes online to get his teaching certificate what a relief that is. He will take a couple of years off than work on his Masters. He is coaching Freshman and JV basketball right now, which so far he is enjoying and learning a lot from the other coaches. He doesn't like that there is so many games though. He is looking forward to Christmas Vacation.
I'm doing good I feel that I am recovering quite fast from my C-section, which is hard because I feel like I can lift things, however I haven't because I don't want it to be a longer recovery. Everything went well with my Surgery it was a quick process I was in there at 8:30 and had the baby at 8:45 and they were done putting me back together by 9:15am. Talk about a relaxing way to have a baby. I had a lot of help from my mom and dad, Luke's Mom and my sister-in-law Trina, As well as some friends and a great ward here in Duncan.
we truly feel blessed this holiday season to have such a wonderful new addition to are family.

Hello to all of you out there that keep checking my blog having faith that that someday I will update it. The wait is finally over and you should really thank my cousin Marisa for being so kind and reminding me to get it done.

I guess I will just start off with Luke and go down the list, Luke has been truly blessed this year because he finally decided what he wants to do with his life. He is lucky enough to have got a job as a Spanish Teacher for Duncan High School. He is enjoying it so much which I am so glad about. Because of this job we are now moving to Duncan in a couple of weeks, I am use to a small town so it wont be to much of a shock for me, however all though Luke is excited to move he is a little worried about moving to a Village as he says "I lived in a city, moved to a town and now going to live in a Village" It will defiantly save us money since there is not even a grocery store that we can run to if we need something. We have to go to Safford. We are grateful for his hard work and all that he does for are family.

As for me, Well if you have not heard I am expecting our 3rd child in November. We have a scheduled C-section on November 30th. We are having another girl which we are excited about. I have been busy trying to get things packed and getting bigger and bigger everyday. I am going to gain more weight in this pregnancy, but for me that is a good thing. I have been babysitting a little girl on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays which has been helping us out. Babysitting is something I have always done and probably will continue to do. Over all I am feeling good but starting to get to the point where I am ready to have this baby.

Aubrey is such a cutie and his growing up so fast she is now 4 and will be turning 5 in November. She is going to Preschool Tuesday-Friday. She is enjoying that very much. She loves life and loves to hang out with her cousins. She is getting better everyday on her sounds of the letters and is trying to learn to read. Aubrey was in dance for the first time this year her first performance she got scared and didn't dance and set there and cried but for the real recital she got up there and performed, I was so proud of her. She is looking forward to her birthday this year because she is getting her ears pierced. They grow up so fast.. Emily Is now 2 1/2 she is talking like crazy actually is mostly singing. Can you guess what song she likes to sing. MARY POPPINS!! She has watched that movie everyday for about a month now. When she takes her naps she will fall to sleep watching and then will wake up and start crying because Mary Poppins went bye bye. What have we done she loves it!!! She goes around the house singing just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. I will have to record her and post it on another blog. It really is cute!!! She has learned to ride her tricycle and always gets on it and says by mom I'm going to work than she will drive down the hall then come back and tell me all about work. She loves to help me clean unlike her sister. she is growing up to be a really big helper.

When Aunt Tamra and I went to Alpine on a trip Luke stayed home with the girls and this is what happened. Emily had her first hair cut and the culprit was Aubrey. I can't believe how long her hair was before the scissors got to her. It is finally starting to grow back and getting to where I can put it two side pony tails. Oh the fun things sisters do to each other.

Anyways we are all doing good and we are very excited for are new adventure. hopefully this is a start of some more blogging so They are not so long each time. Hope everyone is doing good.

The most wonderful time of the year....

It is so true that the holidays are the most wonderful time of the year. I love being with family and celebrating the birth of our Savior. We did a lot over the Holiday. We went to Mesa for Christmas and enjoyed a week of fun there with Lukes family it was nice having all of his brothers and sisters together that hasn't happened in a long time. Than we were home for a couple of days. Monday we went to Pomerene I enjoyed sometime with my sisters and Luke got to help my dad build a fence. Now we are home relaxing and going to enjoy the next couple of days at home before school starts again. Here is a few pictures of some fun things we did this holiday season...

I would recommend riding the tram to the suns game anytime. We had a blast at the game. It was all of Luke brothers and sisters and my brother Jason and his wife were there too.

The Holidays, Here we come...

Here is the project for this month at Home Depot. Wagons, they had cookies and once again the girls got to see Santa. They are going to know them oh so well.

Emily loves her daddy!!!

We had are ward party which was a lot of fun. Emily got to meet santa for the first time and lets just say she loved him. The minute they gave her a candy cane she got the biggest smile on her face. It was pretty funny.

They had a station where you could decorate cookies. Emily liked that too. Can you tell?

Aubrey enjoyed being able to frost her cookie she thought it was pretty cool. They also had the nativity that the kids performed and writing letters to the missionaries. Music, and a lot of visiting. I am excited that my sister and her family our in our ward now. We have had lots of fun with them.

All the boys played a fun game of football of course they wanted it to be tackle football. There was only a little blood and tears but they all survived.

I think Aubrey thinks that you have to pose for every picture and she seems to like to tilt her head. oh well she is still cute as ever.

The day after Thanksgiving we all went to my parents house and helped them put up there Christmas tree!!! The kids did such a great job.
They were very careful and took it very serious!!

This was our yummy meal before we all digged in. It was all very good!!!

And of course the Three musketeers gotta love them. HEAR COMES TROUBLE!!!

Wow these are really out of order this is proof that we had a home cooked meal. I was behind the camera I really did help.

We really enjoyed having all the famiy together all my brothers and sisters got to come. It has been a great holiday season so far and can't wait for it to continue.

My sweet little girl just turned four and now she is a bride oh how time flies. Aubrey has just loved dressing up in her wedding dress got to love 75% off Halloween costumes. Can't beat that!!

Aubrey had a great birthday this year. She had two parties one with Lukes family and my family the same weekend as Lukes. Than on her actual birthday she had more of my family come over to eat and have cake and ice cream. She loves being four all though at times she thinks she is so big she can do whatever she wants now. We will have to watch that.
Her yummy cupcakes she got to decorate!!! This was one of her presents she got from her Aunt. Her dress up box is getting more and more exciting these days!!! I am so grateful to have Aubrey in our family she really does bring lots of joy and can't wait for many more birthdays to share with her.
Home depot has the coolest thing for the kids the first Saturday of the month. You just have to sign your kids up and they get to make cool projects they get to take home. Aubrey did so good she even got to hammer the nails in. She has a cute little apron they gave her too. I think this will defiantly be something we do again.

Halloween!!!

My sister Cindy is building a house next door to us. This is whats left of my great grandma's trailer. It's going to be gone soon crazy!!!!
Emily Loves to crawl on top of Aubrey they are really started to play good together thank goodness.
For Halloween my sister Carol and I had our kids dress up with the Peter pan theme. We have Peter pan, Wendy, Caption Hook, Tinkerbell and The Crocodile. It turned out to be very cute.

Aubrey thought she was so pretty and of course she was and loved that Aunt Tamra did her hair and make up.
Earlier that morning we went to Bashas with my Friend and her kids trick or treating there and decorated a cake the girls had lots of fun.

Well its been awhile and a very awesome cousin of mine named Marisa has been asking me for the past couple of days when I was going to update my blog. So here it is a bunch of random pictures from a wonderful summer. I will try to be better at this posting thing I guess I just figured that not many people read it anyways so this is for you Marisa, and all of the others that have been wanting to know whats going on in our livesHanging out with Trina and Deseree and below is the rest of the girls...Dinosaur day and Aubrey doing push ups with daddy.

The girls love to dance this is one of the older vidoes they really know how to dance now. Emily really gets into. I will post later the updated version. She was still trying to get the hang of this walking thing. We also planted grass in the backyard this summer which turned out being so nice for the kids. We made trips to alpine Mesa and just really had fun relaxing and enjoying family.

As for now Luke is still substitute teaching and is doing online courses to get his teaching certificate. He has been subbing a lot which is nice.

Me I'm just doing the same old stuff nothing exciting.

Aubrey is almost 4 and is doing great learning her letters and sounds. She is growing up fast and can't wait to turn four.

Emily learned to walk finally at 17mths just in time for nursery. and got her first tooth at 15mths. She has kind of did everything a little later than most, but you wouldn't know now. She is all over the place and is really liking this walking thing.

Anyways we are all doing great, enjoying life still living at my grandma's but it's been nice for her as well as us. hopefully it wont take us this long next to post. Hope everyone else is doing good too. I know that there was many other things I did this summer just don't have cool pictures of them.

Here is an update on what our garden looks like. We have all ready had lots of cucumbers and the watermelons are almost ready to pick. The corn is doing ok but we have had lots of bugs eating them so sad:(
This is the pumpkin patch it's huge and the pumpkins are getting so big. I know it's a little early for Halloween but I am sure they will keep growing.

Aubrey has been wanting to go to dance class since see she saw her cousin dance. EAC was offering a one week dance camp for $15 so we thought that would be fun for her. This is the dance they worked on throughout the week. ENJOY!!!! She wanted to wear Kayla's dance outfit she gave her so I told her when they performed that would be ok. She was so excited!!

Emily got her first tooth. IT was about a week before she turned 15 mths and it looks like the rest our about to come in. The only thing is she was a grouch during our Utah trip teething and all. She loves to wave and say uh oh. She will drop something and then say it. It's cute. Still wont walk on her own though. She is not scared to climb but wont walk. Soon I hope :)
They love eating Popsicles at grandmas.
We went to the St George temple with my cousin Tyler and Becky that was a lot of fun. Aubrey loved the statue of Jesus.
This is who we stayed with Goska and Mike and there little girl Freya. Goska was one of there baptism in Poland and this was his companion. We had lots of fun in Utah thanks guys.

This was at Circus Circus in Vegas the girls really had fun there.

We got to go on Mike's parents boat this was at the end the kids were exhausted from a long day
I tried water Skiing but my feet were to small for the skis so sad. I tried though no one else would.
We had fun on the tubes though. We enjoyed our trip but it is always nice to be back home too.

She loves chocolate and going under the table to find scrapes of food. I promise I feed my children.
Emily has been quite the handful lately she loves to get into everything and ride her little car. She even found her dads cell phone and put it in a cup of water, luckily it dried out and is still working after much worrying occurred.
Aubrey got to go to her cousins house and play in the water. This is one of her favorite things to do WATER WATER WATER anything with water. Although she can't stand getting a little water on her shirt or part of her body. Hmm... who does that sound like?
We had a good time with Luke's parents in the swimming pool, Aubrey is so excited because she can finally play in the pool. You have to be potty trained to swim in her community park.

We had a wonderful time in Alpine memorial weekend. Almost all of my family got to come which made it very fun. Unfortunately Cindy couldn't make it her daughter got a really bad ear infection we missed them. I couldn't find my camera until the very end. So I will have to get pictures from my dad.

Thank you to my wonderful husband and daughters that made me feel really special on Mothers Day. They not only served me but my mom, dad three sisters and there family, my Aunt and Uncle. There was a total of 21 people I think he has a greater appreciation for moms now. He worked really hard and made a meal for all of us with the help from Tamra, thank you for your help too. I appreciate what a wonderful Husband I have a I love being a mom and would not trade it for anything. Thank you for making this a wonderful Mother's day.

I also want to thank my mother for being a wonderful mom. She was always there for me she never judged me and always had unconditional love. She is smart and knows how to do everything. I just hope that I become more and more like her everyday. Thank you for everything you've done for me mom. I could not have asked for a more perfect mom. I love you!!!!

Also thank you to my mother-in-law I appreciate your hard work of raising such an amazing man. I know that Luke wasn't the easiest person to raise with all of his little corks but look at the wonderful man he turned into. Thanks for being there for us and supporting us in all we do. Thanks for all of your prayers and love.

I really do feel blessed to have such wonderful mothers. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!

family, easter, snow BURR....

For Easter weekend we went my brother Jason and his wife Kelly's house in Williams. It was a lot of fun and defiantly a Easter we will not forget. You know how you ask for a white Christmas well that didn't happen this year but we got a white Easter.

Jason and Kelly oh so cute!!! Emily was nice and warm during the snow to bad it was hard for her to crawl. She looks like a oompa loompa from the movie the Charli and the Chocolate Factory.This was our famous Easter bunny that we had to make to celebrate the holiday.

Easter eggs were lots of fun until Emily dumped one of the cans over I should have known. Atleast it was yellow so it wasn't that bad.Our finish products!!!The girls looked so cute in there Easter dresses, Thank you Marsha for getting them. It was Emily's birthday present but I figured they would make cute Easter dresses.
We went to all the shops later that day when it stopped snowing. AUbrey wasn't to sure about that bear. She looks a little scared.
And of course we had to take a picture with the Easter bunny.

Emily and AUbrey really enjoyed there Easter baskets. IT was so cold that we had to hide the eggs in the house but we still had fun. We do all of our Easter things on Saturday so that we can focus on the true meaning of Easter time on Sunday and that is that our Savior lives I am so grateful for that knowledge. It was a beautiful day Sunday so we ended up eating outside. It was a great weekend it was good to see mom and dad and Tamra too. Thanks again Jason and Kelly for letting us all crash at your place.

it's been a couple of weeks...

We went to Mesa for general conference this weekend. The girls got to take a bath together and watch a movie on grandmas bed they were in heaven. It was a fun weekend.
We went to a Teddy Bear picnic with my sister and her kids. It was a windy day but they had lots of fun.
Happy Birthday Grandma Buck. We had dinner for her and cake and ice cream. Good thing aunt Debbie made three cakes because the one that Payton was holding during the picture slipped off the tray and landed on the floor as well as Tyson leg. It was pretty funny.

We also went to Kelsi's concert she was a blue jay. IT was really cute and Kelsi was having a blast dancing and blowing us kisses.
Aubrey got a hold of the sizzers this week as well. Actually twice this week she cut her own hair. We had to emphasize again that only Aunt Tamra can cut her hair. We decided to plant a garden this year. We have had lots of fun together as a family working on this project. The corn is starting to sprout as well as the watermelon we are excited to see what happens in the next couple of weeks.

I decided to get the girls a little pool, at first Emily did not want anything to do with it, but by the end she was splashing away. They have lots of fun with it. In this picture the water was a little cold but I promise her blue lips are from candy.

This last Saturday we had all the grandkids together so we thought that we would take a trip to the Reid Park Zoo. We had a lunch at the park then it was off to the Zoo. We had everyone there but Jason and Kelly we missed you guys.

longer than we thought....

So this time last year I was in the hospital much longer than we had anticipated. Emily had some problems with her lungs and oxygen level was not what they would like it to be at. I remember being so emotional because they could not find the cause. I am sure it had to do with the fact she was early. They said that she was acting more like 35 week old baby so they were treating her as a premature baby. She was born 5Lbs 7oz tiny little thing. I was so grateful for my parents that took me back and forth from the hospital. By the time the two weeks were up I was so glad to have her home. She is a healthy one year old now, you wouldn't have guessed she had such a rough start. I know that we were truly blessed.

This time last year I was getting ready to go to the hospital to have my first C-section. I remember being so nervous. I was full of emotions because I was about to have my second child and Aubrey was with my family because the doctor said that I was going to have to take it easy so I wouldn't go into Labor. You see Emily was Breech so that is why I had to get a c-section thank you to everybody that helped me this time last year.
Emily got a Wagon for her birthday, she loves it and Aubrey Likes to push her in it.
Some things that Emily likes to do.....
1. Crawl up the stairs and play the piano, she always looks back when she gets on the first step to see if she will get caught.
2. She loves to put her head downward and have someone flip her over. She wants to do a Summer Sault so bad. (She is almost there)
3. Loves to crawl under things and hide. (She will be a pro at hide and seek)
4. Says Mom, Dad and likes to make lots of different sounds.
5. Makes noises with her lips. (cousin Raelene taught her that one.
6. She is such a happy baby and is very curious and loves life.
7. She made it to her one year birthday without any teeth, yep still toothless. She just gums everything like crazy.

Emily we just want you to know that we all love you very much and am so glad that you are apart of our family. You bring so much joy into our lives. I am so grateful that Heavenly Father trusted his daughter to come to our family. We are truly blessed.

My sister Carol had her baby on Feb 15th his name is Brigham William Hawkins he is so cute!! He weighed 8lbs 9oz.
Aubrey's first hair cut she did good it was really just a trim but she thought she was cool!!!

The last couple of weeks....

It's been a very exciting last couple of weeks. We have had Logans Baptism, dates with the hubby watching TAKEN at 10:00 at night and going out to dinner with are gift certificate to Outback. Pictures of that will be posted later.

Than this past weekend we went to my sister Cindy's house and had a BBQ Steaks and Potatoes. YUM YUM!!! It was lots of fun. Thanks guys!!!

Guess what we woke up too SNOW!!!!! So of course we had to make a snowman ok so it is a snow women but it is still cute. Luke didn't have to work today so he got to play too. I was kind of glad it wouldn't have been the same without him.Thanks Tamra for waking up to take our picture!!!!

Food storage

Here is the latest thing I did with my food storage. It's canned Pork.
All of them sealed and it they tasted so good we had BBQ Pork on tortillas last night for dinner just to taste them since I had never had them before. It was really good. If anyone ever needs help canning I can show you how it's pretty easy.So all together I have done 7quarts and 18 pints of beans 18 pints of chicken and 18 pints of Pork. I have been really excited to finally get this started.
On Saturday Luke painted the bathroom with some paint that helps with mildew. He has decided that he does not want to be a painter for a living. He survived though and enjoyed himself. Made a mess but enjoyed himself.

As far as substitute teaching, he is loving it. He has got a call almost everyday. He is enjoying the kids and has had the chance to Sub for two Spanish classes, which has been a lot of fun for him. I am happy that he has this opportunity this will give him an idea of how a classroom is ran and help him now that he wants to pursue his education and become a Spanish teacher. I am so proud of him and his willingness to do anything for our family.

I am happy to say that Luke finally turned all of his paper work in and is substitute teaching for the first time today. He is excited and a little nervous it is 10th and 12th grade English. I will let you know how it turned out later. Before he left he said I am a WORKING MAN!!!I got a pressure cooker for my Birthday this year I was so excited so I thought I would make some beans I made 18 pint jars a 7 quarts. They all sealed but one. It was so awesome I am trying to get my year supply started. Thank you Carol for helping me learn how to do it. Also thanks Mom, Dad and Grandma for getting it for me.My Beans, Well some of them anyways.I am doing chicken this week they are so yummy!!!Luke is such a stud!!! He was looking hot on his first day of Subbing!!! I will let you know how it all turns out.

Well Luke did not get the job. I guess that there is something better out there for us. When we know what it is we'll let you know. Luke is doing ok, he is bummed of course but knows that it could be a lot worse. We our exploring our options and will see where life takes us. It's been a great holiday season with family and birthdays. I celebrated my 27th birthday on Sunday. My sisters, grandma and aunt Debbie came over for dinner and cake and ice cream. It's hard to believe that I am 27 I don't look it but I am starting to feel it, my knees have been hurting.
How it all looked after Santa came and visited. Aubrey loves her kitchen. Even Emily will go over and open the cupboards. Aubrey loves to cook me eggs and waffles. At first Aubrey didn't quite know how to react because she was still tired Luke woke her up at 8:00. It was kind of nice to sleep in.
Christmas eve we went to my Grandma Barneys and did the nativity scene and santa came to vist. I was sick so I could not eat the spanish food I was so sad:( This is a tradition that I hope last forever. Not the being sick but the nativity. My whole family was there for christmas eve so that was nice to hang out with the whole family.
Everyone came over and made chocolate prezetls, thanks Aunt Debbie for doing this for us it was fun.

My sister Carol had us for Christmas She gave the girls matching dresses. They looked so cute and it was fun dressing them alike. New Years we went to Tonya's house and did Kareoke, the Wii and played games until 2:00am Crazy I know. It was fun to have a sleep over.

The other day I came into the room and this is what was happening. Aubrey was being my little helper and said that Emily had a dirty diaper and that she wanted to change her so she got a wipe and diaper. It was funny so I had to take a picture. They defiantly keep my busy and entertained.

Emily is 9mths now she is growing up fast. She Army crawls everywhere and loves to get on all fours but just hasn't guite figured out what to do after that. Her favorite word is Ma Ma Ma. I very happy that I was her first word. She Is a very happy baby which is such a blessing. She also loves to smile and crawl under anything and everything. Her new found game is hide and seek. I am constantaly trying to find her she is always behind one of the chairs or underneath so I have to be really careful. She gets around fast now.

Aubrey is now three and is talking non stop. She will talk to anyone. It only takes her a second before she is asking someone there name and wants to play with them. We went to mesa for a interview and stayed with marsha and Gary that was lots of fun.
Monday we went to the temple lights with Luke's family. It is so pretty and and the nativities our cool to look at from all of the different countries.
Tuesday we went shopping with grandma and Aubrey got to play at the mall play ground. Than Tuesday night we went to visit my Aunt Janice and went to my cousin house for dinner, thanks it was good.
This was so cute Aubrey just barely met this girl and they hit it off. The girl was helping Aubrey get on the present so I had to take a picture.
Emily got a hold of a marker, it was a lot worse. She puts everything in her mouth now.

We have had lots of fun this passed couple of weeks we went to Our Aunt patty's house and had a family home evening with all of the family here in Thatcher. It was fun, Aubrey got to be a angel for the nativity scene.Luke passed the first part of the interview and has a phone interview on tuesday for USAA so we shall see how it turns out. What ever the lord has in store for us we are ready and willing.

Keeping the faith

Well we are surviving with no job right now thanks too grandma and family. We went up to Mesa right after he got laid off to help move Luke's sister Tonya and her three kids. Him and his dad flew to Kansas and drove the Uhaul back to Arizona. We are glad that they are living in Arizona now.

We decided to just stay until Thanksgiving so we were there for two weeks. Thanksgiving was nice we spent it with Luke's family in Surprise. Than Friday after thanksgiving Luke and I got to go on a date. I got Luke Suns tickets for his birthday. Too bad they lost and Nash didn't play because he got hurt. Luke was bummed about that, but it was still nice to go on a date.
Now we are back to reality and still looking for a job. We have put some resumes out and hope to hear from some of them soon. With everyone getting laid off we pretty much realize now that we are going to have to find a job somewhere else, there is just not that much out there right now.

We are doing good though, Enjoying having Luke home while we can and the girls love playing with daddy. I think he is ready to work again and realizes just how much moms do. Aubrey is growing up fast and will be in Sunbeams soon!!! Hard to believe that I have a child in Primary.
Emily is good she is such a good baby, still no teeth though. Poor girl has to gum everything.
Over all we considered ourselves very blessed this holiday season and know that the lord has a plan for us.

Well do you want the good news or the bad news first? Well I will start with the good news who whats to hear bad news right off the bat. Luke gets to watch all of the suns games and doesn't have to work shift work now. OK did you figure out the bad news, yep he got laid off from his job along with 400 hundred other people from the mines. The economy it's bad right now that is all I can say. I am sure that many of you have been effected by this as well. We are in good spirits right now because we know that we have been so blessed. We are not having to worry about rent or a morgage becuase my wonderful grandma has been so good to let us stay with her. We have family that has offered to help us in anyway that we need and most important we have a Heavenly father that is aware of our needs and will bless us I know that he will. He has so much all ready. We will continue to keep the faith and enjoy the blessings of this trail and start now looking for a job. IF YOU KNOW OF ANYTHING LET US KNOW!!!!

We had a great time in Pomerene this weekend. Aubrey got to celebrate her birthday with her cousins Andrew, Jacob, Matthew, Benjamin and Aaron. Her Aunt Kim and Uncle Kevin and Grandma and Grandpa Edington. She had a Piniata she was so excited about this until Andrew hit it and it broke she started to cry and said that he broke it. I guess she didn't get the concept of the whole thing. This is what she wanted though. We went to the zoo and had lots of fun with everybody.

We also got to see my grandma Barney, she looks so good and seems to be healing very well from brain surgery.

Halloween!!!

Halloween was lots of fun this year. Thursday before Halloween we went to a Elders Quorum party. we had a potluck and carved pumpkins. We won best of Show!!! It was a headless pumpkin. It was lots of fun.

The next night we carved our family pumpkins and had a blast together.

Halloween morning Aubrey woke up and came into my room and said ok lets get ready. She was very excited to be a princess.

She wanted to show off her hair in this one.Halloween went really well Aubrey loved being Cinderella and Emily was the cutest pumpkin ever. We went with Cindy to the schools carnival and then with Carol to the Pima stake trunk or treat.

Sorry I am so bad at this blogging thing. Where do I start,
LUKE got a job at the Mines in Morenci. He is enjoying it very much and is so excited to be working again. He works from 6:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday so even if he works overtime he isn't getting home to late. Which the pass two weeks he has done quite a bit of overtime. He basically cleans up the mines right now but you can move up really fast. He is passing all of the test they have given which makes you have a better chance of raises and being able to move up. He got called to be the 2nd counselor in the Elders Quorum presidency he gave a talk on Sunday along with the others in the presidency. They all did very well. He is enjoying this calling and is glad to be doing something other than primary, he liked the kids but is glad to be with adults for awhile.

AUBREY is growing up and wanting to do everything on her own. She is a handful and loves to hang out with her cousins. Her and Parker still get into trouble but starting to do a lot better. Now every time they are together they say don't get naked we want to be able to play still. She is so excited for her birthday and Halloween she is going to be Cinderella her grandma got her the costume a couple years ago and now it finally fits her so she has been talking about it ever since grandma gave it to her. She looks really cute. She is doing so good with her potty training, that is one thing I never thought she was going to learn but I think we have almost conquered that. YEAH!!!

EMILY is 7mths now and is rolling around every where and is starting to scoot to get her toys. She is the best baby, she is always so happy so when she does cry you know that there is something really wrong. She loves to eat and so far hasn't been to picking on what I feed her lets hope it stays that way. She does really good through the night and has been sleeping in her crib and sharing a room with Aubrey, which is working out great. I am excited to see her grow and see what kind of a personality she will have, hopefully a little more mellow than Aubrey.

ME, I am doing good I have been exercising with my sister Carol on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Her stake has all the equipment so it's been really nice to do that. I am still trying to get the whole step aerobics down. I guess I am less coordinated then I thought. We do weights, abs and cardio it's been kicking my butt, but I feel good and Aubrey can hang out with all the other kids there. It's been nice living with my grandma she had been keeping me company the last couple of weeks while Luke has got home later. She has been such a blessing for our family right now. I am the Nursery leader again in my new ward I guess I didn't get it right before and needed some more experience. I think Aubrey was praying for me to be her teacher, it will be fine she will be in Sunbeams soon.
This is how I felt the first day I went to exercise. I am doing better now finally!!!!

Aubrey fishing at the ponds.. and playing with cousins. Her and her cousin Parker are always getting into trouble. They have dumped out baby cereal and had a food fight got into aunt tamra's makeup. Took the matress of the bed and sliding. We are constantly having to make sure they are not naked. This could be a problem if they keep getting naked. They are having a blast together though.

Emily is 6 mths now rolling and eating and enjoying life. She is such a good baby.

I was trying to get her to smile but it didn't work.

Fun in Utah!!!

We just got back from Utah last night, we left the 14th of August so we were glad to be home and in our own beds. Thursday we stayed at Marisa's thanks for letting us hang out with you. And Friday night we stayed at Marc and Trina's it was good seeing you guys. Then it was off to the airport Saturday the 16th. The girls did so good in the plane. I was so proud of them. Aubrey was so excited to fly in the sky like a bird. On the way back she slept the whole time.

Saturday through Monday morning we stayed at Luke's Uncle Stan's house. His son Robert had his farwell this was the reason we went up there and decided we might as well have a vacation why we were at it. Uncle Stan was so nice and let us use his van all week. THANKS!!!

Monday it was off to Aaron's house Luke me and his parents cleaned up Aunt Linda's yard and Tuesday Luke and his dad painted the garage to earn some money for our vacation.

Wednesday we went to lagoon with Aaron Tara and Alek, it was a lot of fun. Aubrey got to go on her first roller coaster and lots of rides. The roller coasters were crazy fun. We had a great time.

Thursday we all went camping and rode the 4 wheeler. It was a beautiful night and it wasn't that bad sleeping in the tent. It was a little rocky though. We had hot dogs and smores and the kids loved it.

Friday and Saturday we just hang out at Aaron and Tara's.

Sunday and Monday we went to Mary Maulik and Kaleb's house the kids had a blast together. They played so good together and enjoyed themselves.

Over all it was a great trip thanks to all of you that let us stay at your house. We appreciate!!

Friday I got my haircut for my anniversary present. Tamra did it at her salon my first color at a salon, it was lots of fun. I am so sad I forgot to bring my camera:( Here you can kinda see what it looks like.

Ok sorry it has taken so long to let you all know that we have survived the move. We are getting settle in and enjoying living with my grandma. She is the coolest!!! We have spent a lot of time with my sisters, Aubrey has loved it. Her and Parker have all ready done some crazy things together. Luke found them in the bathroom naked in the shower, not to mention that the bathroom was in a mess. It was actually kind of funny. Aubrey has all ready put make up on Parker too. Hopefully Carol will still let them hang out. Monday, Aubrey got to play with Cindy's girls as well she loved that.

It is very nice here in Thatcher, life just seems a little less stressful. People are nicer and everyone waves at you as you go passed. It kind of reminds me of the good old days in Pomerene. This morning we all went on a walk to the post office and Aubrey got to ride her bike she thought that was the coolest. Usually we tell her that it is too hot to play outside.

Luke has been a great help for my grandma he clean up the front and back yard for her. It looks really good. I have been keeping the inside clean, Yes me doing my dishes right after I eat weird I know. It is so much easier I don't know why I didn't just do it before.

Aubrey has asked us a couple of times when we are going home, we tell her this is our new home now. Remember you have your own bedroom. I think that she is starting to get use to the idea. We drove up to the house yesterday and she said "look mom my new home," with a big smile.

Anyways, we miss all of you in Mesa but know that the Lord has sent us here for a reason and am glad to start a new chapter in our lives. Until next time ,have a great day!!!

Luke's work

Luke's work had a going away party for him today and we were invited.. It was so nice that they did that for him. He has been working there for over 5 years so he will be missed. Aubrey was showing off like usual. Singing, dancing, just making everyone laugh. This is before we went Aubrey couldn't wait she was so excited to go to daddy's work.

The other day I was looking for Aubrey and guess where I found her. Asleep on my bed, the cutest part is that she was listening to Luke's CD player sleeping on his pillow and using his blanket. She wanted to be just like her daddy. I guess she has watched him before. She even turned it on. It was so cute that I had to take a picture. Sorry it is kind of fuzzy.

Yesterday was mine and Luke's 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. It was a lot fun. Our good friends Serena and Andrew watched both girls for us and we went to CHILLI'S for the first time and yes we watch the new BATMAN MOVIE. Lets just say it was CRAZY!!!! Crazy good though, I couldn't believe how many people got killed off. Heath Ledger did so good as the Joker, he was a really good actor.
Thank you so much for all of you that offered to watch the girls for us. It means a lot that we have so many willing to help. I just wanted to tell my hubby that he is an amazing man and that I look forward to the years ahead. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!

Alpine family reunion

We just got back from Alpine, we were at a family reunion it was a lot of fun. Almost all of my brothers and sisters got to go. The weather was so beautiful I did not want to go back to Mesa. It rained a little bit almost everyday. We had lots of fun hanging out fishing, watching fireworks and having cookouts. It was a blast. Aubrey loved riding the mule and got to touch real animal skins, she thought that was cool.

But all good things must come to an end and now I am busy at work packing. It is hard with little kids that are both very clinging lately. Thank goodness for my sister-in-law Trina she came over and helped me pack about half of the stuff that was a big help THANKS!!! It's hard to believe how much trash a person collects over three years. I couldn't believe the stuff we found. Luckily I was in a throwing away mood so we got rid of a lot of junk. Anyways we are getting there slowing but surely and will be moving out on the 26th of July. Two more weeks CRAZY!!!! Than it's off to a new adventure. Bring it on!!!

We are moving to Thatcher!!!

Well you know when you are trying to figure out what to do with life and then before you know it all comes together, well that is how it has been with us the past couple of days. We have been praying and felt that we need to move to Thatcher Arizona for a little while. Luke is going to do Substitute teaching while he is looking for a job in Mesa or somewhere else. This way he can go to interviews when he needs too he just wont sub that day. Also we get the wonderful opportunity to stay with my grandma and sister who I love so much. This will be good for us we have wanted a change for a long time. Everything is working out for the best. We want to come back to Mesa so watch out for us.
We will miss all of are friends and family up here, but we feel that we need to do this and the spirit has confirmed that this is what we need to do. Luke's last day of work will be the 25th of July then it is off to the Thatcher. We love you all and thank you for your friendships love and support through the years.

Outside fun

Well it is officially hot hot hot!!! We have reached passed 110. Poor Aubrey in the winter I say it is too cold outside to play and now I tell her it is way to hot. We pretty much go early in the morning or late at night. Raelene, Maile, me and the girls were at target the other day. Aubrey saw this bike and did not want to get off it. She was riding all around target. Raelene offered to help pay for part of it so we have been riding ever since. This morning when she woke up her first words were " can I ride my bicycle now?" We got her one for Christmas but it was awful so she could never ride it. This one is a lot better.

We also played in the sprinklers, She had lots of fun with that.

I just want to let my husband know that he is a wonderful father, husband and friend. He has been working so hard for our family and I appreciate everything that he does. Sometimes it his hard with two kids one trying to get use to sleeping through the night and one that is almost potty trained. He defiantly has to show a lot of patience. Aubrey loves it when he plays airplane with him, she gets in the laundry basket and he flies her around that is her favorite thing to do with him. Emily just loves to here him talk and make funny faces. He was pretty lucky this year for father's day he got to open his presents on Saturday. Why, I don't know we were just joking around about it and than decided why not we have church at 8:30 in the morning so we wouldn't have time to do it before that. I think that he was very happy with what he got. Also for dinner we had steak and potatoes, he loved that. It's not very often he gets things like that. After that we went to his Dad's house and visited with them. I am lucky enough to have a great father and father-in-law. I love all of these men very much. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!!

Tamra surprised me and came up to visit for a little bit. Her and some of her friends went to the temple and than swam at my house. It was great to see her, I always love it when my family comes to visit.

THREE MONTHS TODAY!!!

Well it's hard to believe it but today Emily is three months old. She is starting to smile and react to different things. She is pretty good with lifting her head but doesn't like tummy time too much. I still have her do it though to get stronger. She is a pretty good baby and is doing a lot better now that she is feeling better. I can't believe that she started out so small 5lbs 7oz, and needed help with her oxygen you wouldn't know if you saw her now. She is growing very well and the last appointment which was about a month ago she weighed 9lbs 12oz. I was happy to hear that. She is trying to roll over we will see how long it takes her to figure it out.

I still have my baby fat though, sad :( I have official started to exercise, well since Monday. I defiantly can tell the difference maybe not my tummy yet but my attitude is a lot better. I don't feel as tired these past couple of nights. In fact, tonight I had a small head ache and was not in the mood to go. I told myself it is too earlier to be making excuses, so I dragged my butt off the couch and went and sure enough it felt better. Not to mention that I get a some time to myself which by the end of the day I need. Luke has been very supportive of my decision to start exercising again and will let me go first. I appreciate his help I think he has notice that I am a lot happier too. We usually go when he gets home from work. Thanks Luke for your love and support. Aren't husbands the greatest.

Anyways the kids are feeling a lot better Aubrey had a earache but she is doing good now. So I think life is back to normal YAY!!!!! LIFE IS GOOD!!!!

TOO MUCH FUN IN THE SUN!!!

So yesterday Aubrey got to go to her very first friend birthday party. She is getting so big. She had a blast they played in the water. They had little pools a splash pad even a little slide that went into the pool. She didn't want to leave, but after three hours in the sun I told her we had to go. She keeps talking about it and wants to go back to Maggie's party. She was listening to all of the instructions and was being so good.

last night was a long night for me. Between Emily and Aubrey I felt like I was up have the night. Emily had a fever of 101 and was having a hard time sleeping and Aubrey wouldn't stop coughing. So needless to stay we didn't make it to our 8:30 church. Me and the girls stayed home. I hope that everyone gets better soon these long nights are killing me. She is doing better today, she seems too have a harder time at night for some reason that is when it gets really bad. :(

We have a had a fun weekend, Aubrey got to see Aunt Debbie's puppies. She had so much fun with them . She wants one really bad we told her she had to wait until we had a house. She probably wont let us for get that either.
As you can see even Emily liked the puppies she was smiling when they were playing with her it was so cute!!!!
On Saturday Marisa Bob Amirra and all of us went swimming. Thanks for coming it was a blast. The water was nice and warm, almost too warm. Hopefully they turned the heat off. Emily went swimming for the first time she did really good and seem to enjoy it very much.
Here is me and the girls Aubrey loved playing in the water. She keeps asking when we are going again. She loves to jump into the water, we told her as long as there was someone there she could have as much fun as she wanted.

So Saturday all the boys went shooting, the girls stayed home with the kids and scrapbooked. Aaron said that next time all the girls have to go because they had so much fun. So the gun I am holding in the picture above was almost as tall as me. My sister-in law Tara helped me make this really cool graduation book for Luke it turned out great. Thanks for your help Tara.

And then Monday we all went to the zoo. Aubrey has gone before but it was Emily's first time. She pretty much just slept the whole time. She was awake at the beginning so we could get a picture. We went with all of Luke's family. It turned out to be a beautiful day!!! It was a really fun weekend. A nice break from the normal.

My two girls they bring so much joy into our lives. Aubrey loves to help me with her little sister. Sometimes a little too much and it scares me to death that she is going to hurt the baby but I know that God made these babies tough so they could survive their older siblings. She has been having really bad temper tantrums so if anyone has any ideas how to stop this can you let me know the secret. :) She talks like crazy and says the cutest things, I can't believe how many songs she sings I will post some of them for you. Emily is a good baby and sleeps pretty good through the night she only wakes up about two times I am grateful for that. it's crazy how fast they grow she is all ready two months and trying to grab things and smiling it is so cute.
